3. Free tools

The invoice generator is designed to work without an account. Invoice details you enter are kept in the browser while you draft. When you request a PDF download, the details needed to render that document are sent to the PDF service. Do not enter information you do not want included in the document or handled by your browser and PDF request.

The budget planner stores anonymous budget data through the PaidQuick budget service and associates it with an anonymous cookie so your planner can work across requests. It is not a public budget, and this page does not display any user’s budget records.

4. Accounts and verification

If you create an account or use Pro, PaidQuick handles the account and session information needed to sign you in, protect your account, and verify your email address. Authenticated features are designed to keep account-specific information within the signed-in experience rather than on public pages.

5. Payments

PaidQuick Pro is offered at $9 per month after a 7-day free trial, as shown in the product experience. Payment details are entered through a Stripe-hosted checkout. PaidQuick receives the payment and subscription information needed to provide Pro and support billing, but the hosted checkout is the place where payment-card details are entered.

6. Service providers and security

We use service providers for hosted payment processing and for authentication, sessions, and email verification. Providers process information only as needed for their services and under their own terms and policies. The currently identified payment provider is Stripe.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, and you should use a unique password and protect access to your account and devices.

7. Retention and deletion

PaidQuick retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 8. Your rights
