Terms of Service
Effective date: [PLACEHOLDER: effective date]
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] operating PaidQuick. By accessing or using PaidQuick, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least [PLACEHOLDER: applicable minimum age] to use PaidQuick, or use it with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
2. Free tools and your content
PaidQuick provides a free invoice generator and budget planner. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for information you enter, including invoice names, amounts, descriptions, client details, and budget entries. Keep your own copies of anything important.
You give PaidQuick the limited permission needed to process your submitted content to provide the feature you requested. You keep your rights in your content, subject to any rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. PaidQuick Pro
PaidQuick Pro is currently offered at exactly $9/month after a 7-day free trial. The Pro experience requires an account. Features described as planned in the product experience are not promised features and may change or never be released.
4. Billing and hosted checkout
PaidQuick uses a Stripe-hosted checkout for Pro payments. You authorize the applicable charge by completing checkout. Payment details, receipts, taxes, refunds, and other payment terms may also be governed by the payment provider’s terms and policies. PaidQuick does not ask you to enter full payment-card details into a public PaidQuick page.
Any additional cancellation, renewal, refund, or trial-conversion rules that apply to the live offer are [PLACEHOLDER: billing and cancellation terms]. Confirm them before publishing these terms as final.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PaidQuick to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit content you cannot lawfully use;
- send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious invoices or communications;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls; or
- interfere with another person’s access or use automated means to abuse the service.
6. Ownership
PaidQuick and its software, design, text, trademarks, and service materials are owned by PaidQuick or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. PaidQuick and the PaidQuick name are not claims about ownership of your invoice or budget content.
7. No professional advice
PaidQuick is a software tool, not a tax, legal, accounting, financial, or other professional adviser. Invoices, budget totals, trial terms, and other outputs may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them and seek qualified advice before relying on them.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep PaidQuick available and useful, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security events, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. PaidQuick is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
The legally reviewed limitation-of-liability language and any applicable cap are [PLACEHOLDER: limitation-of-liability language and cap]. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Termination
You may stop using PaidQuick at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, address misuse, or comply with law. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [PLACEHOLDER: governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts and dispute venue are [PLACEHOLDER: dispute venue], subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
12. Changes
We may change these terms as PaidQuick changes or as required by law. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will give notice through the service or another appropriate method when required. Continuing to use PaidQuick after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
